Founded in 2012, Haining Medico non-woven New Material Co., Ltd. is an innovative startup, which specialized in compound functional non-woven products.
Currently, we mainly produce functional membrane and functional compound non-woven fabric; wide-sized surgical drapes and other relevant medical auxiliary products; polymer wipes using compounding non-woven fabric; impregnated cloth; compounding non-woven fabrics with materials property of static-electricity-proof and alcohol-resisting; compounding spunlace, etc.
Our company covers an area of 5,000 square meters and it has 4 medical non-woven composite production lines based on international advanced technology, 5 automatic cutting and inspection assembly lines, 1 post-processing production line, 1 multifunctional equipment for producing PE film and laminating film. Now, we can produce more than 100 million meters of composite fabric every year.
With the introduction of international scientific equipments and the using of environmental protection composite glue, we successfully enhanced the duration of our products, guaranteed the security of our materials, as well as protected natural environment while producing. In addition, the multifunctional post-processing equipments make the improvement of our non-woven fabric in aspects of hydrophilic, alcohol-resisting, and static-electricity-proofing.

Hygienic workshop and 5S real-time site management measures are all utilized for meeting the needs of relevant productions. Carry out the medical equipment quality management system No.ISO 13485, we ensure our products with strict security. At present, among all staff member, there are 20 employees with the average age of 29, and junior college degrees and above in related major. Supported by a expert group consisted with R&D personnel, QC personnel, and sales force with professionalism. Most of our staff are 80s, who are dynamic and innovative, and with latest management and operating abilities.
